Earl Storm is a celebrated cartoonist who
deeply understands the trials and tribulations of the creative process.
As a passionate student and teacher of
“THE ARTIST'S WAY” since 1995,  
he humorously shares his personal and professional history
to deepen your experience of your own creativity.

Upon the strong encouragement of Mark Bryan,
Earl is now amongst a small group of “select facilitators” 
throughout the Country who have been chosen to be 
CERTIFIED in “THE ARTIST'S WAY AT WORK” 
CREATIVITY PROGRAM.

  Earl’s unique and imaginative approach 
of intermixing practical theory with a variety of art-forms 
has made him the “GO-TO” facilitator in California.  
Working with professionals, artists and business people of all stripes,
Earl captures why imagination, innovation and ingenuity
are the keys to satisfaction and success.

When you set out to teach employees at successful companies 
about creativity in the workplace, 
it’s helpful to have an experienced corporate trainer on your side....
someone who understands the corporate world inside and out.  
Patrick Graupp goes beyond the standard!.

  To really know Patrick Graupp, a graduate of Drexel University,  
it is critical to understand his close relationship with the 
Japanese corporate world.  
Patrick began his career working for Sanyo in Kobe, Japan 
training overseas staff in English, management techniques, 
and cross-cultural awareness.  

After a stint working in manufacturing in Indiana, 
Patrick returned to Japan to take care of 
Sanyo’s International Training Programs 
where he trained managers 
in the U.S., Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, India, and the U.K. 

  Using his M.B.A. education, 
Patrick has managed training, recruiting, benefits, employee relations, 
and policy management for twelve major Sanyo subsidiaries 
in the North America region.  

He began studying and practicing "THE ARTIST'S WAY in 1999
with Earl Storm as his mentor and facilitator. 
Since then he has applied its principals 
to both the corporate environment 
and his private creative life as a writer. 
Patrick is now Executive Director of the Japan Society 
of San Diego and Tijuana, 
which allows him to conduct trainings as well as 
manage a consulting practice.
